Yes thats great. But you have to remember the police only work 9 to 5 so there is a lot of police doing nothing at that time of day. If you have just been mugged or stabbed just staunch the blood with whatever you can and lay in the gutter while the next morning, then read in the leader how antisocial behaviour has come down in the past few months.
