Butterfly land, at Dinnington, has been extended to include a merecat area, and is excellent value if you can get the yearly family ticket, which allows you to visit any time for just £1 per person.

I love the indoor area, which is so lush with vegetation, and little quails running around free.  Not many butterflies in winter, but so much else to see, my favorite place in UK.

Go to Dinnington, and with the garage on your left at the lights, turn left. After about 3/4 mile, at the brow of the hill, there is a sign on left, pointing right, which takes you about a mile into countryside, and it is on your left.

You can google it for better directions, phone number, and address for sat nav.  Hope this was helpful, as I get lost in Meadow hall, even after all these years.  So appologise  I if its not correct.
