As reported in the Star
"Teenager faces murder charge
30 December 2010
A TEENAGER has been charged with murder after a 40-year-old man was attacked on Christmas Day – then collapsed and died two days later.
Dale Eusman, of Ash Close, Killamarsh, north Derbyshire, died at his home on Monday December 27 – 48 hours after he was allegedly attacked by an 18-year-old, Nicholas Paul Robinson.
Derbyshire Police said ambulance crews were called to Mr Eusman's
home at 1.25am on Monday after reports the 40-year-old had collapsed, possibly from a heart attack.
Mr Eusman was pronounced dead at the scene.
A force spokesman said: "Following further investigation, it was found Mr Eusman was subjected to an alleged assault on Christmas Day by an 18-year-old man at his address.
"This incident was not reported to police."
A post mortem examination revealed Mr Eusman had died from internal bleeding.
Nicholas Paul Robinson, 18, also from Killamarsh, was arrested in connection with the death and charged with murder.
He appeared at Chesterfield Magistrates' Court yesterday and was remanded in custody"
I also think we have an "innocent until proven guilty" right in this country. Whilst the facts as reported seem straight forward the eventually outcome of any court case will depend on his pleading and a jury.
