Killamarsh Silver Band will be providing some festive Christmas music and carols at The Travellers' Rest, High Moor tomorrow night (Tuesday 15th December 2009) from 7.30ish onwards.

The band will be playing outside and there will be hot food available and possibly beer.

The weather forecast is cold and there may even be snow – so if you fancy a bit of seasonal spirit and want to get in to the Christmas mood, where better to do it? Just wrap up warm and come along and have a good old singalong.

Hope every thing went well at the “Travellers” Tuesday evening I haven't heard any reports good or bad but a nice festive gesture by some members of the community WELL DONE Killamarsh Silver Band, Francis and the proprietors of The Travellers Rest.

Hope the council don't jump on you for their cut in performing rights duty or rates for the use of the footpath after all SCROOGE is alive and kicking and picks on charitable concerns (beware the ivory towers are watching)
