Can any one explain how certain people can own ther house yet be able to sell ther  home make them self homeless and move into acouncil bungalow comments please

The council should not give priority to people who have have sold there houses, they have made themselves homeless, this is against council protocol or SHOULD  BE in some cases its not what you know but who you know. If this is what is happening it means you can sell your house take a house off somebody who needs it and have a pot of money to play with.
