If you select Reply then just your response is posted – this is good.

However; should you wish to quote a previous post or an extract of a previous post you can select 'Quote & Reply'

If you do this we ask that you are very selective at how much you quote, we don't want to create long chains of repetative quotes. Please edit out and delete the parts in the quote that you are not referring to especially images. Orur moderaters have a busy enough time as it is without removing duplicate posts – please respond sensibly! Thx
