I see the council have set up a disabled ramp on the side of the railway track to make it easier for the disabled to get on to the footpath, great idea "BUT" it will be used as a racetrack for the idiots to fly up and down on .  Why have'nt they done what other councils do make a zig zag pathway at the desired angle so the idiots cannot get a speed up and the disabled can use it without getting knocked over I wait to see the complaints from the people who live in the houses at the top when the motorbike racing starts
