This is a regular occurrence and the police just do not seem interested. Called the police. They showed up, took some alcohol off the youths that hadn't ran away and then left. The remainder of the group then returned and are now worse than before. Call the police again............ What is the point of an alcohol exclusion zone if the youths are not going to be moved or returned home in the riot van and handed to their parents with a stern warning.
